Through The Mind's Eye Album Description

This album is Richard’s debut CD. Recorded in the summer of 1997, it came from the recording sessions that were intended to be for a demo tape for Richard to get more jobs as a pianist in New Orleans. These improvisations were done at the end of the sessions to wind down from trying to get perfect recordings of some cover tunes. When the New Age Voice Radio Top 50 changed to the Top 100, Through the Mind’s Eye immediately charted at #97 after several months of promoting. To date, it is still heard on new age radio shows, cable and digital radio systems with some regularity. There are very few physical copies left of Through the Mind’s Eye for sale.
